What a difference!

While I was browsing through the net for my graphics UROP project, I came across the webpage for Standford CS graphics course. It is an introductory course in graphics which is equivalent to CS3241 in NUS. There is one competition for this course, designing a 3-D game. I am so surprised to see the quality of those top games developed. Conclusion: NUS is far far behind.

it depends, i guess. since nus is so hectic, it doesn't make sense to invest so much time on lab assignments. the stuff that the 3241 students do -outside- of class are more indicative of their standard.
